It is currently available due to the ongoing local GO Tour events in the game.
When does the code expire? That is still uncertain, so it should be redeemed as soon as possible.
What does the code bring? With the code you receive a temporary research task, which consists of four steps. Each of these steps rewards you with a Fairy-type Pokémon:
- Parfi
- Flauschling
- Dedenne
- Feelinara
Additionally, you will receive candy for these Pokémon, XP, a smoke, a golden raspberry, a sanan berry, and Feelinara stickers through the research.
However: The research itself will expire on Monday, March 2 at 12:00 PM, if you have unlocked it. Please keep this in mind when planning its resolution. Note that this is the expiration date of the research, not of the code itself. The code can also expire earlier.
How do I redeem a promo code in Pokémon GO?

Here, log in with your Pokémon GO credentials and you can enter the code. Redeem it and switch back to the game.
