A new season is upcoming in Pokémon GO and the first dates are already known. We summarize the dates for you.
How will it continue in Pokémon GO? The events in May are still ongoing, then the season “World Full of Wonders” will be history.
On June 1, the still unnamed, new season, or “time,” in Pokémon GO will start.
What it will be called and what exact contents it will bring are currently unknown. However, a few dates are now clear, which you should mark in your calendar.
Four Community Days for Pokémon GO in Summer – the Dates
Through the official blog, Pokémon GO announced the dates of all Community Days in the upcoming season. Four dates are set:
- On June 9 (Sunday)
- On June 22 (Saturday, and this will be a Community Day Classic)
- On July 21 (Sunday)
- On August 31 (Saturday)
It is also clear that the next season will last another three months and that there will be a seasonal change again on September 1.
Which monsters are coming? This is still unknown, but at least June 9 should be announced soon. For the Community Day Classic, there will again be a monster that has already had a C-Day.
Three More Events Announced
In addition, Pokémon GO announced the following dates:
- On June 29, 2024, there will be a Raid Day.
- On Saturday, July 27, 2024, there will be a secret event, which is currently only called “???”.
- On August 10 and 11, there will be a Crypto Raid weekend.
What kind of events will they be? The Raid Day usually brings five free Raid passes, with which you can challenge a specific boss multiple times. This is also to be expected here.
The event on July 27 is still completely mysterious. However, noticeable: On July 13 and 14, there is the global GO Fest. Here one could speculate that it might be a Hyper Bonus event based on the GO Fest. But this remains to be seen.
And the Crypto Raid weekend is relatively clear: Team GO Rocket is likely to play an important role here, and an exciting opponent will appear in Crypto Raids.
Further Dates in the Coming Months
What else will happen in the new season? Apart from the new seven dates, it is clear: The GO Fests 2024 will take place.
- The GO Fest Sendai (Japan) will take place from May 30 to June 2, so it coincides with the season start.
- The event in Madrid will run from June 14 to 16.
- The GO Fest in New York City will run from July 5 to 7.
- And the global variant will follow on July 13 and 14
It is already clear that the GO Fests will revolve around the Ultra Beasts, Necrozma and the new fusion feature. At the end of May, there will also be an event that introduces the currently missing Ultra Beasts into the game.
