In Pokémon GO a special event weekend is starting in early November in Mexico. Even though it is thousands of kilometers away, you will also have something from it.
This is the event in Mexico: Pokémon GO has a partnership with 7-Eleven in Mexico and this event celebrates it.
At the event, 15 different Pokémon will appear in Mexico, including the letters S and E from Unown. But German players also have something from the event.
Mexico Event Brings Shiny Kastadur
Here’s the deal with new Shinies: A highlight of the event is the introduction of Shiny Kastadur. The Pokémon is supposed to appear more frequently there and also for the first time in its shiny version.
What do German players get from it? In the past, there have been location-based events that brought new Shinies worldwide. This was the case this year with Lampi or Voltobal . The shiny versions of these came into play through Safari Zones and were also released worldwide during the same weekend.
Kastadur is likely to join that list. It is hard to imagine that Niantic would introduce a new Shiny for one day and then block it again worldwide.
When does the event take place? On November 7, the event will take place in Mexico. Here in Germany, however, you probably won’t notice anything.
During that weekend, we will have to wait for confirmation of Shiny Kastadur outside of Mexico. Once that is confirmed, the shiny hunt can also begin here in Germany.
