At the start of the event celebrating Pokémon Day, there are also new raid bosses in Pokémon GO. We will show you which bosses are particularly worthwhile.
Why are there new bosses? Boreos has disappeared from the raids and makes room for Armored Mewtwo. The legendary Pokémon then brings a new wave of bosses.
This time there are also clone Pokémon in raids for the first time. You can find these at level 4.
All new raid bosses for Pokémon Day
Below we show you all the raid bosses that you can currently find. As a legendary boss, only Armored Mewtwo is available, and Regigigas is still in the EX raids.
| Raid Level | Pokémon |
| Level-1 Raid (red egg) | Lichtel Praktibalk Party Hat Bulbasaur* Party Hat Charmander* Party Hat Squirtle* |
| Level-2 Raid (red egg) | Pinsir* Alolan Exeggutor* Trubbish* Leopardus Flunkifer* |

| Level-4 Raid (yellow egg) | Clone Venusaur Clone Charizard Clone Blastoise Alolan Marowak* |
| Level-5 Raid (black egg) | Armored Mewtwo |
All Pokémon with a star (*) can also be encountered as Shiny.
How to get the clone Pokémon: The final evolutions of the starters are available as clone versions only in level-4 raids. The pre-evolutions are not available in clone versions.
Pikachu as a clone Pokémon can be obtained via snapshot. It works just like with Farbgle.
Which raid bosses are worth it? In level-1 raids, Lichtel and Praktibalk are really good. Their evolutions are among the best attackers in the game.
With Pinsir and Scyther, there are also the best bug attackers or their pre-evolutions. If you still need bug attackers, you should seize the opportunity.
The clone Pokémon can all learn the moves from Community Day. These attacks significantly improve all 3 starters. Especially worth it is Venusaur with Flora Statue. Charizard with Fire Cannonade and Blastoise with Hydro Pump are particularly strong in PvP. Moreover, these clone Pokémon are only available for a limited time. The raids are worth it.
How long will the raid bosses stay? The next change will probably take place at the end of the event. The celebrations end on March 2 at 10 PM, so next Monday.
After that, there will also likely be a new legendary raid boss that might finally be good again.
