A new Pokémon is appearing in Pokémon GO. It has become a favorite in the main series.
What kind of Pokémon is it? It is Forgita, which first appeared in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. It combines the types Fairy and Steel and evolves from Tafforgita to Granforgita.
In particular, Granforgita has secured a spot on many players’ favorites lists of the ninth game generation. It is a small, pink fairy that is out to cause a ruckus with its huge hammer.
Its declared arch-enemy is Krarmor, which you could get in Pokémon GO earlier this year. According to the Pokédex, it lifts rocks into the air with its 100-kilo hammer to knock the Steel Bird out of the sky. That is also the reason why Krarmor is not used as a flying taxi in Paldea like in Galar – it would be too dangerous because of its natural enemies.
Granforgita is not to be trifled with. And it will be appearing in Pokémon GO soon.

When is Forgita appearing? It will appear from April 16, 10:00 AM to April 22, 8:00 PM at the Horizon Event, which celebrates the start of the new season of the series.
You will obtain Forgita from 7 km eggs. You can evolve it to Tafforgita for 25 candies, and then another 100 for Granforgita.
After the event, Forgita will then hatch from 10 km eggs. That means: You need to walk a lot and also be lucky to get a Forgita.
