Best counters against Gigantamax-Liberlo
Which attackers are good against Liberlo? Liberlo only has the Fire type and is therefore susceptible to attacks from the Ground, Rock, and Water types. So focus on these types for your attackers. Based on the current monsters that have a Dynamax and Gigantamax form, you should use the following Pokémon:
- Gigantamax-Kingler with any fast move
- Dynamax-Inteleon with Water Gun
- Dynamax-Stalobor with Mud Shot or Mud Slap
- Dynamax-Wulaosu (flowing style) with Waterfall
- Dynamax-Kingler with Bubble
- Gigantamax-Blastoise with any fast move
Which defenders are good against the monster? Besides attacking monsters, you also need defending Pokémon. You should especially focus on using the following Pokémon:
- Blastoise
- Charizard
- Zapdos
- Raikou
- Gengar
How can the monster be defeated most effectively? Gigantamax battles are very challenging. Therefore, you should have many trainers with you. Four trainers make a team. You should definitely coordinate within your team who takes on which role (attacker, healer, shield).
During the battle, you should first use a defending monster to absorb Liberlo’s attacks well and charge your Dynamax meter. Once it’s filled, switch to your attackers or the monsters you deploy according to your role and execute your Dynamax attacks. After that, switch back to your defenders and fill your Dynamax meter again.
Also remember to level up your monsters as much as possible and to learn and level up Dynamax attacks to get the most out of your Pokémon in battle and increase your chances of a victorious outcome against Liberlo.
