What are power sources? These are new points on your map that appear in addition to PokéStops and gyms in the game.
Where are power sources? If you click on the “Nearby” menu, you can see the power sources in your vicinity. Then you can go to them. However, the sources are only available for a limited time and can disappear quickly. They are not always in the same location.
What is in the power source? Here, you can encounter and challenge Dynamax Pokémon. You need to bring your own Dynamax Pokémon; you will receive your first one in the special research “Dynasty!”.
Attention: As of now, no Dynamax battles are available; the power sources are therefore empty.
Leaving Pokémon at the power source: After a Dynamax battle, you will be able to leave your Pokémon at the power sources. Then there will be bonuses for players participating in battles there, as well as rewards for you. Additionally, more Pokémon will appear in the wild around the source.
