In Pokémon GO the Halloween event 2022 has started. It is split into two parts. We show you in the overview what part 2 brings starting from October 27. The details were announced by Niantic.
What is happening? Part 1 of the Halloween event ends on October 27 and then directly transitions into part 2 of the event.
Here we show you which spawns, raids, costumed Pokémon, and bonuses to expect in the second part.
Halloween 2022 Part 2 – What’s in it?
When does it run? Part 2 of the spooky event starts on October 27 at 10:00 AM and ends on November 1 at 10:00 AM.
New Pokémon: To celebrate the event, five new costumed Pokémon will appear that you have never been able to catch in Pokémon GO before. Vulpix with Halloween costume*, Ninetales with Halloween costume, Gengar with Halloween costume*, Pumpkaboo with Halloween costume*, Pumpkaboo with Halloween costume.
The Pokémon marked with stars can even be encountered as Shiny.

Additional content and bonuses: The music and the map changes that have been active since part 1 of the Halloween event will also be present in part 2. Just like the candy bonuses:
- Double catch candy
- Double transfer candy
- Double hatch candy
- Trainers from level 31 receive one guaranteed XL candy when walking with their buddy
Giratina in altered form learns the move Shadow Force after being caught until November 1 at 10:00 AM.
