Who is Dratini worth it for?
Clear thing: Basically for everyone. Because Dratini is one of the best attackers in Pokémon GO when evolved into Dragonite. The dragon is one of the most powerful Pokémon you can bring to raids.
Additionally, you should note:
- Dragonite also has a Mega evolution that is worthwhile.
- Shadow Dragonite is even stronger than the regular variant.
So, even if you already have a Dragonite: At the Community Day, you have the chance to gather a lot of candies for your existing specimens to level them up or catch Dratini with better stats.

- Incense and Lures: Both last for three hours during the Community Day Classic. Incense is worthwhile if you are on the go, while lures help especially if you hang around at a single PokéStop for longer.
- Razz Berries: Always good to double the candies when catching and overall catch less if you are only after candies.
- Lucky Egg: With the Lucky Egg, you can double the XP during the event. This gets you to six times the catch XP, which can help you level up.
