If multiple trainers catch enough Pokémon attracted by a single Lure, the Stardust per caught monster at that PokéStop increases from triple to quadruple for 30 minutes

Special move: If you evolve Alolan Graveler during the event or up to two hours afterward, it will learn the Instant Move Rollout.

How to make the most of the Community Day with Alolan Geodude
How should you prepare? Take some time during the event from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Keep in mind that you can still complete the evolutions for the special move until 4:00 PM. The reduced trade costs and the extra special trade can also be utilized until 4:00 PM.
Those who want to catch many Pokémon will need many balls. We recommend at least 300 to 400 balls if you want to make the most of the event. Pros and trainers who play particularly efficiently should pack even more balls.
It’s also advisable to tidy up your Pokémon collection beforehand so that you don’t hit the limits during the event and have to send Pokémon away. That would waste unnecessary time.
Utilize bonuses: Even if you don’t like Alolan Geodude and its evolutions, the Stardust bonus is definitely worth it. If you catch diligently, you can significantly increase your stock. Remember that using a Star Piece will further increase your yield.
Moreover, the event invites you to trade Pokémon with your friends since the costs are reduced by half.

Is the Community Day with Geodude worth it?
For whom is the event worthwhile? If you are looking for strong Rock attackers, then you are on the right track with this event. Especially for new players, Alolan Golem is a Pokémon that can help you initially. However, there is still a lot of room for growth, and there are significantly stronger attackers for raids.
In PvP, however, the Geodude family is not particularly strong. But Alolan Graveler is popular in Trainer battles and has found its niche there.
For the Stardust bonus alone, the event should be worthwhile for many trainers. Additionally, the increased chance for Shinies presents an incentive for many trainers to participate in the event.
