When will the new bosses appear? They will appear from 10:00 PM on November 16 in the level 5 raids. However, there will be no raids at that time, so we German players can only start raiding tomorrow morning.

Terrakion – Counters, CP, and Usability
What you need to know about Terrakion: The legendary Pokémon can reach a maximum of 3698 CP and is among the best Rock attackers. It deals slightly less damage than Rampardos but can take much more damage.
After the raid, Terrakion can reach a maximum of 2113 CP (2641 CP with weather bonus) when caught. Then you have an specimen with 100% IV.
Terrakion can also appear as a Shiny. You can clearly recognize the difference:

Virizion – Counters, CP, and Usability
What you need to know about Virizion: The Pokémon can reach a maximum of 3022 CP. Compared to Terrakion, it is significantly worse. Among the Grass attackers, it is not even a good alternative, as it has weak stats and poor moves.
Maximally, Virizion can reach 1727 CP, or 2159 CP with weather bonus in the raid. That would be a Virizion with 100% IV.
For Shiny hunters, Virizion is interesting because you can catch the shiny version of the Pokémon in the raid as well. The Shiny looks like this:

What you need to know about Cobalion: Like Virizion, Cobalion is not a strong Pokémon. It can reach a maximum of 3022 CP. Among Steel attackers, it does not play a significant role and does not need to be hunted solely based on usability.
In the raid, Cobalion can reach a maximum of 1727 CP (2159 CP with weather bonus). Then you would have a Cobalion with 100% IV.
