Pokémon GO has hinted at the next Community Day. And it seems like it will be really worthwhile this time.
What kind of teaser is this? Pokémon GO has released a short video set in a cave that houses glowing diamonds. In the background, the metallic clang of hammer strikes can be heard.
This is also reflected in the title of the video, which simply shows the hammer and eye emoji. At the end of the video, the Community Day logo is shown.
The hammer is the clue upon which most theories are currently based. No other Pokémon is as closely associated with the theme of hammer as Granforgita. Therefore, players speculate: Forgita is the Pokémon for this Community Day.
Furthermore, in the first teaser for the current season, a scene with three Pokémon was shown, which was interpreted as a hint for the C-Days of the upcoming months. Hopplo was included and has already had its Community Day, while the other two were Forgita and Ferkuli.
It is clear: If it truly is a Forgita Day, that would be a date not to be missed.

How useful is Forgita in Pokémon GO
Forgita evolves into Tafforgita and then to the aforementioned Granforgita. This Pokémon brings the special combination of Steel and Fairy types, making it extremely interesting.
In Pokémon GO, Forgita has typically only been able to be caught through eggs or raids. In the wild, it could only be found during very special events. Being able to catch it so easily and in large numbers is a strong argument for the Community Day.
Additionally, it’s the perfect opportunity to catch Forgita with good stats for the PvP League. Because Granforgita is a very good Pokémon in the Super League and an even better Pokémon in the Hyper League of the game. In the PvP area, it is therefore extremely interesting.
It is also assumed that Granforgita will receive its special move during its Community Day: Giant Hammer. This could also become interesting for the monster’s strength. But we’ll have to wait and see.
The final resolution of the teaser shouldn’t take too long to reveal. We will keep you updated, as always, whether the Pokémon actually appears at the Community Day! And until then, you can already check out the events that have been confirmed: Here are all events in March 2026 in Pokémon GO.
