In Pokémon GO, after years, the annoying dodge bug has been fixed, but Niantic has added other bugs during Raids in return.

Faulty Pokémon switch: This bug occurs less frequently than the first one. Nevertheless, numerous players report this issue. It appears as if your Pokémon is being defeated and a new monster from your team appears.
In reality, your Pokémon is not defeated, and the new monster that appears is the same one. This is just a display error that still costs you time, as no damage can be done during the supposed switch.
Could the bugs be fixed? Fixing these bugs could certainly happen quickly. It often happens that errors sneak into Pokémon GO updates, which are then fixed in the subsequent update.
With the upcoming update, it will show whether both bugs can be resolved quickly or if more time is needed.
