This is the raid hour: Since early May, there has been a raid hour every Wednesday in Pokémon GO again. After the last potential Shiny Pokémon found in raids, there is now a brand new and significantly more powerful Pokémon: Reshiram!
The Pokémon has been available in Germany since today and will appear right away in a raid hour.
Raid Hour with Reshiram – All Information
When does the raid hour start? The event begins as usual at 6:00 PM local time. Until 7:00 PM, you can encounter legendary raids at almost all gyms.
Which Pokémon should be used? Reshiram is of the Fire and Dragon type and thus vulnerable to Ground, Rock, and Dragon types. You should focus on these three types.
Without weather bonus, Rhyhorn, Rayquaza, and Rampardos are particularly effective. If the weather is favorable, you should focus on a specific type:
- Sunny weather: Use especially Ground Pokémon
- Windy weather: Dragon Pokémon are particularly strong
- Partially cloudy: Rock-type Pokémon are the right choice here

How many players are needed? Reshiram can already be defeated comfortably by three players. With the right weather, it can even be done by two players, but only with the best counters at level 40.
