What kind of list is this? The 5th generation brings quite a few monsters to Pokémon GO that are really strong. Here we present 7 Pokémon that are not legendary and significantly influence their respective type.
This is meant to give a first overview of the upcoming generation, which could possibly still be released this year. However, it should be noted that these are not official values, but are only calculated using the current formulas. Therefore, the values may still change.
7 Pokémon that significantly influence their types
When could the Pokémon be released? Exact dates are not known. The first Pokémon of the 4th generation were released in October 2018. A release of Gen 5 a year later is definitely conceivable.
This generation will most likely also be released in waves. So it is quite possible that we will only see some of these Pokémon next year.
Fact is that Niantic has already shown the first monsters from the 5th generation and that the 4th generation is almost complete.
What you should know about the values: All Pokémon have not yet been found in the game files. Their values are only based on normal calculations of the values in Pokémon GO. So they were calculated just like all other Pokémon have had their values.
Attacks have also not been found. Therefore, possible attacks are assumed that they could also learn in console games, or that would fit well to the Pokémon.

1. Meistagrif

What makes this Pokémon special? With Meistagrif, Machoke will probably receive a worthy successor. The fighting Pokémon has slightly higher attack and HP values than Machoke.
With the right attacks, it would therefore deal more damage per second and also withstand significantly more.
2. Ramoth

What makes this Pokémon special? Ramoth could be the first bug Pokémon that is truly useful. Scizor or Pinsir are good, but they perform significantly worse compared to other types. With Ramoth, that could change.
Ramoth deals significantly more damage than the other bug Pokémon and, above all, can withstand much more. Another advantage: It is also of fire type, a type that bug Pokémon are usually weak against.
However, the Pokémon could be useful not only as a bug attacker but also as a fire attacker. There, it deals the most damage per second and is also resilient in battle.
3. Aeropteryx

What makes this Pokémon special? Aeropteryx can be compared to Aerodactyl, except that the Pokémon from Gen 5 has a significantly higher attack value, making it particularly useful as a flying attacker.
Aeropteryx can become undoubtedly the best flying attacker with the right moves. Its only disadvantage is its fragility. It is indeed a real glass cannon.
The same applies as a rock attacker. Here it deals even more damage than Rhyhorn. Tyranitar withstands more damage in return. However, for fast attacks, Aeropteryx is definitely better.
4. Skelabra

What makes this Pokémon special? This Pokémon is likely to cause a stir among ghost Pokémon. With the right moves, it could deal more damage than Gengar and Giratina and be particularly useful in raids against psychic-type Pokémon.
Similar to Gengar, Skelabra is also quickly defeated and has low HP and defense values. Yet more than Gengar, which is why it should at least replace the Pokémon from the 1st generation.
5. Stalobor

What makes this Pokémon special? Stalobor is particularly interesting because of its types. It has only 4 weaknesses and is resistant to a few types.
Based on its values, it should be among the top ground Pokémon. If it learns good attacks, it could land in 3rd place among the best ground Pokémon.

What makes this Pokémon special? Maxax is quite a copy of Rayquaza, which makes it rather useful. Rayquaza is still slightly better, as it has a higher HP value, but Maxax will rank behind Rayquaza in the list of dragon attackers.
With the right attacks, Maxax will be a strong all-rounder and could be useful in many situations.
7. Somnivora

- HP value: 253
- Maximum CP: 2723
What makes this Pokémon special? Somnivora is not a great attacker, but it is much better as a defender. It is a psychic Pokémon that also withstands a lot of damage.
It should work particularly well among all the normal Pokémon like Snorlax or Snorlax because then it can effectively hit the fighting-type attacker.
