In Pokémon GO is running today, on October 15, the Community Day with Lichtel, for which you can secure a special research again with the help of an event ticket. We at MeinMMO have looked at what tasks and rewards await you and whether it is worth buying.
Which ticket is it about? Today, on October 15, 2022, it is finally happening and the Community Day with Lichtel is taking place. As you know from previous C-Days, a corresponding special research around the Fire and Ghost Pokémon must not be missing.
Whoever does not want to miss this can secure an event ticket under the name “Field Notes: Trick of the Light” in the in-game shop for just under 1 Euro. You can find it there under the category “Worldwide Events”.

Where did we get the information? Even if you have to wait a bit until the start of the Community Day with Lichtel here in Germany, the event has already started due to the time difference in other parts of the world.
These trainers already have access to the content of the special research and are sharing it actively on social networks. Is the event ticket for the Community Day with Lichtel worth it?
This is what you need to consider: In comparison to the ticket price of around one Euro, the items in the in-game shop have a significantly higher value. Normally, you would pay the following for the individual items:
- The incense costs you 40 coins in the shop, which is about 0.40 Euro.
- To buy a Lure Module, you have to spend 100 coins, which is about 1.00 Euro.
- A Rocket Radar has a value of 200 coins, which is about 2.00 Euro.
- For a Lucky Egg, you pay 80 coins in the shop, which is approximately 0.80 Euro.
In addition, there are plenty of balls, experience points, valuable Stardust, and Rare Candies, as well as regular and silver Razz Berries.
Who should buy this ticket? The event ticket is especially interesting for trainers who would have bought the items from the research in the shop anyway. With the ticket, you save quite a bit of money compared to buying individually.
Furthermore, the tasks are quickly completed and also provide you with one or another additional encounter with Lichtel, which is especially interesting for trainers who are still looking for a strong specimen for raids. Generally, the monsters from the research are a bit stronger.
Whoever has no use for the items from the rewards can still participate in the Community Day without a ticket. All other bonuses are independent of that, and buying the ticket has no influence on them.
