The new legendary Pokémon Kyogre is difficult to catch in Pokémon GO. With this tip, you have a better chance.
Since last weekend, trainers have been finding the raid boss Kyogre in Pokémon GO. The battle against the water Pokémon is not too difficult. With strong electric or grass-type monsters and a group of experienced trainers, the legendary opponent can be quickly defeated. But after the fight begins another difficult challenge: hitting and catching Kyogre with Premier Balls.
Catching Kyogre – With this tip
Trainers discovered shortly after the release of Kyogre that the monster is difficult to catch. It stands at an unusual distance from the trainer, which often causes players to miss or not hit as desired when throwing Poké Balls.
We often read about these problems in our Facebook group and also on Reddit. Trainer dvdl97 has discovered a method that makes catching Kyogre significantly easier for him. He demonstrates his technique for hitting an excellent curveball in the following video (click to enlarge)
In this tactic, he spins the ball in the left corner and then swipes far to the right with his finger, where he finally releases the ball. He explains the process in the following drawing in more detail:
Don’t Practice Your Throws on Kyogre
Currently, many tips are circulating in the Pokémon GO communities that are supposed to make catching Kyogre easier. The most important thing is that you do not practice these throws on Kyogre itself. First, take a Pokémon where you can use regular Poké Balls and don’t waste Raid Passes.
For this, a Surskit is suitable, for example. Once you have practiced diligently and your curveballs are on point, you can then move on to the main target: Kyogre.
