In the new update 0.211.0, there is some new content for Pokémon GO, which data miners have already discovered. A big point is the raid achievements. These will be distributed to trainers for their performances in raids. We will show you the most important information.
What’s new? The update with version number 0.211.0 is currently rolling out for trainers of Pokémon GO. Gradually, the update will be released for all regions. The data miners have closely examined the new version and found significant changes in the code:
- Raid achievements
- New music for the GO Fest
- Raid stadium
- Raid leaderboards
Especially the raid achievements are likely to be interesting, as they could be dynamically distributed after each raid. We illuminate the key points of data mining here on MeinMMO for you.
Raid achievements – What are they and what are they for?
What are they? It seems that these achievements are displayed after completing raids. They are distributed to participants who participated in the raid battle and made significant contributions. At least that’s what the data mining from Pokemongohub shows (via pokemongohub.net)
What are they for? So far, there are various categories that can indicate an achievement. We will show you the titles in English with the German explanations.
- “Hardest Hitter” – Presumably for the trainer who caused the most damage in total at the end of the raids
- “Style Savant” – refers to the appearance of the trainers with avatar customizations. How the game determines who “looks the best” is still unclear
- “Final Strike” – For the one who deals the final blow to the boss before it is defeated
- “The Big One” – For the one who brought the largest Pokémon to the raid. It is unclear whether it is based on size, size and weight, or even CP
- “Raid Buddy” – Who fights with their buddy in the raid
- “Master of Mega Evolution” – A trainer who used a Mega Evolution in the raid
Special statistics: Further texts have been found that are likely displayed at the end of raids. It is unclear whether they are shown to everyone or just to the participants of the raid who achieved the most in the respective category.
- “Walk Star” – Shows how many kilometers the trainer walked the day before the raid
- “Traveler” – Shows how many kilometers away the trainer participated in the raid
- “Stamina Specialist” – Shows how many seconds the trainer fought
- “Charged and Ready” – An overview of how many charged attacks the trainer used
- “Flush with Friends” – An overview of how many friends a trainer participated with in the raid
Additionally, there seem to be new medals that are associated with these raid achievements.
What else was found?
In the data mining by PokeMiners (via reddit.com), several new graphics and music for GO Fest 2021 were found, as well as a new raid stadium and graphics for the raid leaderboards:
- Music: For the GO Fest, various songs from rock and pop were found, which will be played during the event
- Raid stadium: Banners were found that match the red, yellow, and blue teams, a television, audience, and both an inside and outside view of the raid stadium
- Raid leaderboards: For the raid leaderboards, which have already been found in earlier data mining, new graphics have now appeared in the game code
