The dataminer Chrales has found new Pokémon in the code of Pokémon GO. This time, they were Pokémon with different forms.
The code of Pokémon GO is regularly searched by the dataminer Chrales. After he recently found three new Pokémon in the code, he has now discovered additional Pokémon. The Pokémon he found all have different forms. This is comparable to the Pokémon Formeo, which takes on different forms depending on the weather.
Now the dataminer has found 5 more Pokémon that can take on different forms. They all come from the 4th generation.
These are the Pokémon found by the dataminer
Chrales found the sprites of Burmadame, Kinoso, Schalellos, Gastrodon, and Shaymin. All of these Pokémon can assume multiple forms. We will show you what makes these monsters so special:
- Burmadame: This is the evolution of Burmy. This Pokémon was already found in one of the last updates of Pokémon GO. Burmy and Burmadame appear in three different forms. Depending on the environment, they wear a cloak made of plants, sand, or rags. It will be interesting to see how Niantic releases these three forms.
- Kinoso: Kinoso is the evolution of Kikugi. The Pokémon, which resembles a flower, possesses the sun form. Kinoso opens up when the sun shines, showing its full splendor. This Pokémon could, like Formeo, be dependent on the weather.
- Schalellos and Gastrodon: These two Pokémon exist in their western (pink) and eastern (blue) forms. The Pokémon could be ideally introduced as regional Pokémon. The western form could be available in the western hemisphere and the eastern form in the eastern hemisphere.
- Shaymin: This Pokémon exists in the land form and the sky form. The sky form gives Shaymin, in addition to the plant type, also the flying type, allowing it to fly. Shaymin is a mysterious Pokémon. It could be introduced in a special research event similar to Mew and Celebi.
What does the find mean for players? So far, these Pokémon have only been found in the code. There is no confirmation of their release. However, it is interesting to see that all form Pokémon were added to the code at the same time.
These Pokémon could pose special challenges to players when it comes to catching them. It remains to be seen when these Pokémon will be released.
New costumes for Raichu found
What costumes have been discovered? This news sounds a bit strange, but it’s true: Costumes for Raichu have been found in the code. More specifically, a Raichu with a winter hat and a Raichu with flowers on its head have been found.
What does this mean for the players? It is interesting to see that this time only Raichu with costumes was found. Usually, it is always Pikachu that wears a special hat. Now, however, it is Raichu. The winter hat could be used in a Christmas event, which has already been announced. The Raichu with the flowers would be more suitable for spring and an event there.
This is pure speculation, though. It remains to be seen what Niantic has in store for Raichu.
