What are sprites? Sprites are nothing more than the graphics of the Pokémon. So what you see of the Pokémon in the game. The sprites are always one of the first things added to the code of Pokémon GO before a Pokémon is released.
However, sprites are just the beginning. Before Pokémon are released, they also need sounds or moves, for example. These need to be added as well.

These sprites have been found by Chrales
At the release of Generation 4, Niantic has not yet packed all the sprites of the new Pokémon into the code. 19 are still missing. A month ago, Chrales then found seven more sprites, of which three have already been released.
What has Chrales found now? The data miner has now found three new sprites in the code. The list of missing sprites has shrunk to nine. Chrales found the sprites of Tangoloss, Yanmega, and Mobai. He also found the male form of Glibunkel, which was previously missing.
What does this mean for the players? For now, these are just the sprites of the Pokémon. Since some Pokémon that were found in the code a month ago have already been released, one can hope that new Pokémon are waiting for us as well.
If PvP grants the Sinnoh Stones more often, then perhaps new evolutions that require the Sinnoh Stone are waiting for us. This includes Tangoloss and Yanmega. However, this is just speculation.
