Denmark can now submit PokéStops in Pokémon GO as the first European country! The beta version has been released in this country, and this could also be interesting for Germany.
Can we soon submit PokéStops? Niantic shows that they are now testing the beta version in Europe as well. Compared to other regions, more and more countries have been released gradually. Submitting PokéStops is now possible throughout South America.
It is quite possible that after Denmark, more European countries will follow, and Germany will be able to test soon. However, this is only a speculation from players.
This is what we think about the submission of PokéStops in Denmark
Why was Denmark chosen? Niantic has not provided any specifics on this, but it can be assumed that it is due to the size of Denmark. The country is significantly smaller than Germany, and logically, there are also fewer players who can submit PokéStops.
Germany, on the other hand, has many more players, and they could possibly overwhelm the submission system.
That’s why there is hope for German players: Niantic has previously demonstrated that even large countries with many players can test the system. For example, one can submit PokéStops in Brazil or Mexico.
How long could it take? Niantic adds new countries to the test phase approximately every 2 weeks. On April 11, Taiwan was the latest addition. Before that, they had already tested in various countries since September 2018. If the tests in Denmark go well, the next European country could be added.
Whether and when Germany will be affected is uncertain. However, the chances have never been better, as submissions have now arrived in Europe.
What do you think? When can we start submitting PokéStops here?
