Pokémon GO has confirmed another Pokémon for the Dortmund GO Fest! More Koknodon will be appearing on the grounds. But what else?
Niantic announced: The developers announced via Twitter that Koknodon will spawn on the grounds. Currently, this Pokémon is particularly rare, so it’s good that it will be more common there.
At the GO Fest in Chicago, Koknodon did not appear in large numbers, so one could say this is a small advantage for Dortmund.
What Pokémon can we expect at the GO Fest? What has already been confirmed and what else can we look forward to?
GO Fest in Dortmund – Which Pokémon will spawn?
What has already been confirmed? The confirmed Pokémon are those shown by Niantic on the GO Fest image. This was also the case in Chicago. The following monsters were shown:
- Venuflibis (regional Pokémon from North America)
- Icognito
- Seeper
- Nidoran male
- Panflam
- Schilterus
Additionally, the image also shows Meditalis and Milotic. These Pokémon are unlikely to spawn in the wild but could be part of the special research around Jirachi.
Which Icognito could spawn? In Chicago, the letters from the words “WAKE UP!” appeared. This could also be likely for Dortmund, as the letter W is visible in the image. Alternatively, it could say “WACH AUF!”.
What spawns can we expect? A few days ago, the dataminer Chrales leaked the possible quests for the GO Fest. These involve the following Pokémon that are likely to appear more frequently:
- Magnetilo
- Meditie
- Myrapla
- Barschwa
The leaks also showed habitats at the GO Fest. These are places where certain types spawn. Looking at the names, you could already deduce types:
- Rocky Terrain: Rock and Ground-type Pokémon
- Boat Lake: Water-type Pokémon
- Mysterious Woods: Plant, Bug, and Poison-type Pokémon
- Steel Factory: Steel and Electric-type Pokémon
Based on the types, one could expect Pokémon such as Kleinstein, Onix, Larvitar, Jurob, Krabby, Sonnkern, Nidoran, Sleima, Bronzel, or Stollunior.
