In spring 2020, the Safari Zone in Pokémon GO was supposed to take place. During this live event, trainers were to explore together at specific locations, but Corona disrupted the plans. Now, the events are set to be made up in October and November.
What is the Safari Zone? The Safari Zone is an event that takes place at specific times in certain locations around the world. There, local activities occur, and Pokémon that are usually not found in the region can spawn. This regularly attracts trainers.
However, the Safari Zone from spring 2020 was canceled due to Corona.
New dates for the Safari Zones have now been announced. At the location, however, one must register in advance to participate. Additionally, specific safety measures and social distancing controls are in effect.

Safari Zone 2021 brings exclusive research and many bonuses
Then the Safari Zones will take place:
- From October 15 to 17 in Liverpool at Sefton Park
- From October 29 to 31 in Philadelphia at Fairmount Park
- From November 12 to 14 in St. Louis at Tower Grove Park
The events will run on the mentioned days from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.
Those who do not want to make the long journey can enjoy the event relaxing from home with a special ticket.

- Smoke lasts for eight hours during the event.
