In Pokémon GO there are 2 tickets available for purchase in the current event. The community is reporting some issues with one of them.
What kind of event is this? Currently in Pokémon GO, the big Way to Sinnoh
event is taking place, where there are many different raid bosses, the debut of Origin Palkia and Dialga, and other content for you.
The event also features 2 tickets that you can purchase for €5.99 each. One is a hatching ticket, which primarily offers bonuses for hatching eggs, and the other is a raid ticket, which focuses on bonuses for raids. The community is reporting some issues with the latter.

What is the problem? Part of the raid ticket includes 5,000 additional experience points when you win a raid. Many trainers are reporting on reddit that they do not seem to be receiving these experience points.
What does the community say about this? Many trainers are confirming the problem and are annoyed because they spent money specifically for this bonus.

It remains to be seen whether and how the affected trainers will be compensated by Niantic for the missing bonus. Just recently, Niantic distributed another compensation, where there were problems.
