The Community Day of Pokémon GO in October will revolve around Knacklion. We will tell you everything about bonuses, shinies, and the starting times.
The ground Pokémon Knacklion will be one of the last Pokémon of the 3rd generation to receive a Community Day. After all, there was already the first Gen-4 starter in September.
In addition to Knacklion, there will also be various bonuses that round off the event.
Community Day in October – Everything about the date and bonuses
When does the Community Event start? As previously announced, the Community Day will take place on October 12th. This time it’s a Saturday.
The times are again chosen around noon. From 11 AM to 2 PM you can hunt for Knacklion for 3 hours.
Look forward to these bonuses: In October, experience points will again be the focus. But there’s more:
- Triple XP when catching Pokémon
- Lure Modules last for 3 hours
- More Knacklion will appear in the wild
- An exclusive move, likely for Libelldra, will be announced later.
What do we know about the move? So far, this is just speculation. Many players expect the ground move Earth Power, which is incredibly strong. With this, Knacklion would rise among the top attackers of the ground type.
Shiny Knacklion, Vibrava, Libelldra
Is there a Shiny Knacklion? As always, there will also be the shiny form of Knacklion on this Community Day. You will easily recognize it because it is blue instead of orange.
What are the chances? The chance of encountering a Shiny will be high on Community Day. So far, it has always been 1 in 25. This can also be expected in October.
