The Community Day in November 2022 at Pokémon GO has been revealed. The Pokémon Teddiursa will appear more frequently. In addition, there are bonuses for Stardust, Candy, and a “Full Moon phenomenon.” We show you the details on start time, bonuses, and Shiny Teddiursa.
What’s new: The team from Niantic announced how the Community Day in November will run. We now know that the Ground-type Pokémon Ursaluna will be available in the game for the first time during the event.

Community Day with Teddiursa – All Details
When does it start and end? The Community Day with Teddiursa runs from November 12 at 14:00 to 17:00.
How to catch Ursaluna? From Saturday, November 12 at 14:00 until Sunday, November 13 at 06:00, the full moon shines in Pokémon GO. If you can see it, you can evolve Ursaring into Ursaluna.
After that, you can only evolve Ursaring into Ursaluna during a full moon. The evolution costs 100 Teddiursa Candies.
Event Attack: As you may know from previous Community Days, the event brings a special move into the game. If you evolve your Ursaring into Ursaluna during the event, it will learn the Charged Move Play Rough. The attack deals 100 damage in Trainer battles and 110 damage in Gym battles and Raids.
The bonuses: The following bonuses are active during the event:
- Triple Stardust for catching Pokémon
- Double Candies for catching Pokémon
- Double chance of XL Candies when catching Pokémon (For Trainers level 31 and above)
- If you activate incense, it lasts for three hours
- If you activate lure modules, they last for 3 hours
- Surprises in Snapshots
- An additional special trade (max. 2 per day) between 14:00 and 22:00
- Trading costs half the Stardust from 14:00 to 22:00
- You can encounter Shiny Teddiursa
Special Research for €1: As with other Community Days, you can buy a ticket for the Community Day with Teddiursa for about €1. This unlocks a special research task that brings you items and encounters with Teddiursa. The research is called “A Sweet Snack.” Here on MeinMMO, we will show the tasks and rewards of the ticket on the morning of the Community Day, so you can more easily decide if the purchase is worth it.
Bonus Raids: From 17:00 to 22:00 on November 12, following the Community Day, a three-hour Raid event will take place. In Level 4 Raids, you will encounter Ursaring. If you succeed in the Raid, Teddiursa will appear in the vicinity of the Gym for 30 minutes after the battle. You cannot participate in these Raids with Remote Raid Passes.
