The Pokémon GO Community Day for June 2022 is now known. The dragon Pokémon Kapuno will be the star of the day.
What kind of Pokémon is this? Kapuno has long been one of the rarest monsters in Pokémon GO and was made a bit more available in recent months through occasional events or the research breakthrough in December 2021.
The Community Day in June now brings the big opportunity to catch the little dragon and also collect enough candy for its evolutions Duodino and Trikephalo.

When does the Community Day take place? The Community Day with Kapuno will be held on June 25, 2022, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM local time.
All bonuses: The Community Day brings several bonuses that you can benefit from.
- Four times hatching speed for eggs during the event
- Double chance for XL candies when catching Kapuno
- Double catching candies
- 3 hours of lure modules
- 3 hours of incense
- Surprises from snapshot
- One additional special trade during and up to 5 hours after the event
- 50% less stardust cost for trading during and up to 5 hours after the event
- If several trainers catch enough monsters on a lure module, Duodino will appear there
- The special attack “Wirbler” when evolving Duodino to Trikephalo during or up to 5 hours after the event.
- The Kapuno hat is returning to the shop. The scared a few players before.
- The usual field research for 1 Euro is available
Special Level 4 Raids after the Community Day – But only on-site
This is new: On the event day, you will find special level 4 raids from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, right after the event.
You can challenge Duodino there. But there is a catch: You can only use raid passes at the gym, no remote raid passes.
Additionally, there is a special reward: If you defeat Duodino, wild Kapuno will appear within a 300-meter radius of the gym for 30 minutes after the raid.
