This is how it was voted: Last Saturday, all players worldwide could determine the next Pokémon for the Community Day. The options were Rhydon, Machop, Vulpix, and Dratini.
In the end, it is Rhydon, which should please many players. After all, it was also in first place in our voting.
Everything about the Community Day in February – Bonuses and Start Time
When does the community event take place? On Saturday, February 22, between 11 AM and 2 PM German time, the Community Day will take place.
These bonuses are available: Everything about the bonuses is already known. Even the exclusive attack has already been announced:
- Triple Stardust when catching Pokémon
- Incense lasts for 3 hours
- Rhydon appears more frequently in the wild
- Shiny Rhydon can be found for the first time in the wild
- Rhydonior learns the exclusive move Rock Throw
What is known about the attack Rock Throw? So far, it is known only that it is a Rock-type move. Since it is not yet in the game, one cannot estimate how strong it could be.
If it is as strong as Hydro Pump, then Rhydonior could become one of the best Rock-type attackers.
Shiny Rhydon, Rhyperior, and Rhydonior
Will there be Shiny Rhydon? As always on Community Day, you will also encounter the Shiny form of the event Pokémon more often.
You can recognize the Shiny well, as it is brown instead of gray. The evolutions also have clear visual differences.
What is the chance of getting the Shiny? The rate is always higher on Community Day. Thus, the probability of getting a Shiny is 1 in 25. So, if you play a little, you will surely be rewarded with a Shiny.
