Is there Sen-Long in raids? You can also encounter Sen-Long in raids. It awaits you in 3*-raids, just like Shardrago and Tortunator. The advantage of the raid compared to field research is that you can specifically search for and challenge Sen-Long when you are looking for this Pokémon.

Additionally, you need to participate in raids anyway to complete the field research where you have a chance to get a Sen-Long. In the 3*-raids, you also have the chance that Sen-Long is shiny.

Is there Sen-Long in the wild? Unfortunately, you cannot encounter Sen-Long in the wild.
