Pokémon GO has received a new feature that allows you to participate in local and remote raids as well as crypto raids even more effectively: the RSVP planner.
What is the RSVP planner? The RSVP planner is a new, handy feature in Pokémon GO that allows you to schedule raids with friends and other trainers for local and remote battles. The abbreviation RSVP stands for the French “répondez s’il vous plaît,” which means “please respond” in German.
You can thus make targeted planning requests, to which you can invite friends or other trainers. We will show you how this works and what advantages it has.
Where can I find the RSVP planner? The new feature shows you on the map when and where other trainers have already planned to participate in various raids. This is displayed in white-framed, blue banners over the respective raids.
When you go to a raid, you will find a blue icon with a calendar next to the attack button, through which you can open the RSVP planner. The function is unlocked for each raid as soon as a raid egg appears over it.
How do I plan something with the feature? When you open the planner of a raid, you can see detailed planning information such as time slots, invitations, reminders, and participants. You can even find directions to the arena if you want to participate on-site.
If you want to register, you can choose from various times and also see how many other trainers and who have already signed up for that slot. You can also check through your battle menu which raids you have signed up for or can sign up for.
You also have the option to be reminded of your raids via push notification or invite up to 5 more trainers to your raids – this also applies to crypto raids, where you can catch special Pokémon. A good opportunity to test the new feature right away.
With the introduction of the RSVP planner, coordinating with other players is significantly simplified for many trainers who often face the raids alone.
