The Pokémon GO Fest 2022 is currently taking place in Berlin. A Pokémon has appeared there that no one expected.
What kind of Pokémon is it? According to players from the Britzer Garten, they are encountering the Electric and Ghost Pokémon Rotom there. This had not been announced until now.
This Pokémon has the habit of slipping into different electronic devices to assume new forms. So far, players could encounter the washing machine Rotom in Pokémon GO. Now it seems that another form has been added.
The Twitter user “Zyonik” shared a picture of the new “Mower Rotom” – the grass mower-looking form.
How to get Mower Rotom in Pokémon GO?
This is how you can get it: As it stands, the new Mower Rotom seems to be available only at the GO Fest in Berlin. You can obtain it by taking snapshots – it can then appear via photobomb.
Once Rotom has sneaked into your photo, you can simply catch it on the map shortly after. Apparently, multiple photobombs are possible.
And without the event? Currently, Mower Rotom cannot be obtained outside of the GO Fest in Berlin. If you are not on-site, you will have to rely on a trade. Whether it will become generally available at a later date is still uncertain.
What kind of event is this? The GO Fest in Berlin takes place in the “Britzer Garten” from July 1st to July 3rd. There are various bonuses that players can secure, as well as special research with new Pokémon such as Shabelle and Shaymin. However, you need to purchase a ticket and be on-site to participate in the event.
