Pokémon GO starts in the Paldea region and introduces a series of monsters. We summarize the strong Hyperbonus.
This is happening in Pokémon GO: The new season Plenty of Adventure
follows the Season Hidden Gems
, which ends on September 1st. And a few days later, the Hyperbonus comes into play, which players earned at the GO Fest.
And it’s going to be exciting, as two events are starting and bringing new Pokémon.
- On September 5th at 10:00 AM, the event “A Paldea Adventure” starts, where you can register 12 new Paldea Pokémon in the Pokédex. It runs until September 20th at 8:00 PM.
- On September 10th at 10:00 AM, “Hyperbonus: Paldea” continues. Here you will encounter 9 more Paldea Pokémon. The event runs until September 15th at 8:00 PM.
Additionally, there will be more bonuses to properly kick off the new season. We summarize both events with all Pokémon debuts and bonuses for you here.

A Paldea Adventure – From September 5th to September 10th
These Pokémon are new: The Paldea Adventure brings the debut of the Paldea starters Felori, Krokel, and Kwaks as well as their evolutions. Additionally, Ferkuli and the two Fragrunz forms are coming. This totals 12 Pokémon that you can see in the graphic here:
After the event, you can still get the starters from 5 km eggs and Ferkuli from eggs. Ferkuli can even be caught as shiny.
Special Research: You will receive the free special research “Plenty of Adventure”. It offers several paths, where you have to choose one of the starters Krokel, Felori, or Kwaks. You can pick up the research from event start until December 1, 2023, at 09:59 AM.
More Bonuses: Thanks to the Hyperbonus, there will be additional bonuses during this time, namely:
- Icognito raids with the letters A, D, E, L, and P. They can be shiny.
- A limited-time research with several Ferkuli.
- 4x catch XP and 4x catch Stardust
- Showcases with Ferkuli
- PokéStops can also become Golden Stops without a Gold Lock module. There you can find Gierspenst coins. Gierspenst only appears if a Gold Lock module has been used.
- You can more likely encounter shiny Hoppspross, Hunduster, Bamelin, and Dartiri.
- Felori, Krokel, Kwaks, and Ferkuli can appear from 7 km eggs and field research.

But that’s not all. Immediately afterwards, there will be more event days full of Paldea action.
Hyperbonus: Paldea – From September 10th to September 15th
Which Pokémon are new? With the second part, the monsters Micrick, Pamo, Adebom, and Frospino appear. Their evolutions are also directly available. Adebom can even be shiny. All monsters are shown in the graphic:
Frospino will move into the 10 km eggs after the event.
Research: You can buy a limited-time research called “Give Yourself a Nudge” in the shop. It costs 5 US dollars, in Europe likely a similarly high euro amount. It includes 2 Pamo encounters, a Pamo backpack for your avatar, and items like 3 special candies, 1 incubator, and more. However, it must be completed before September 15th.
More Bonuses: The second part also features bonuses, namely:
- Again Icognito raids with the letters A, D, E, L, and P. They can be shiny.
- Once again a limited-time research with several Ferkuli.
- Still 4x catch XP and 4x catch Stardust
- PokéStops can also become Golden Stops without a Gold Lock module. There you can find Gierspenst coins. Gierspenst only appears if a Gold Lock module has been used.
- Showcases with Pamo and Micrick.
- Pamo can appear in field research.
- Felori, Krokel, Kwaks, and Ferkuli are in 7 km eggs.

Raids: The raids are the same as those from the first part, except for level 3. There you will encounter:
