1. Question: Why haven’t I received my daily Adventure Incense yet?
Answer: The daily Adventure Incense will be distributed to players over the course of the next week. Check back tomorrow or in a few days to see if you have it.
2. Question: I did not receive the daily Adventure Incense in my inventory after completing the first page of the Daily Adventure Incense special research task.
Answer: Please restart your Pokémon GO app and check your item bag again. This has solved the issue for all players so far. You should also see the Daily Adventure Incense icon in the upper right corner of your screen if you can use one.
3. Question: I caught 10 Pokémon, but they didn’t count for the “Use Daily Adventure Incense to catch 10 Pokémon” task.
Answer: When using the Adventure Incense, make sure you catch the Pokémon that are attracted to it to complete the task. These Pokémon will appear on the map with a blue ring and will have a small picture of the blue incense above the CP display on the catch screen.
4. Question: I used incense, but it didn’t count for the “Use 1 Daily Adventure Incense” task.
Answer: Make sure you are using the blue Daily Adventure Incense for the task. You can find it in your inventory or on the right side of your screen. Using regular green incense does not count towards this task.
5. Question: The Daily Adventure Incense seems to attract no Pokémon.
Answer: If you want to attract Pokémon with the Daily Adventure Incense, movement is key. Try to explore a larger area and you should see more Pokémon appear.
6. Question: I encountered the legendary Galar Pokémon Galar Articuno, Galar Zapdos, and Galar Moltres, but they fled after the first throw.
Answer: It’s exciting that you were able to encounter the Galar Pokémon Galar Articuno, Galar Zapdos, and Galar Moltres in the wild. These mysterious Pokémon are attracted by the Daily Adventure Incense, but they are quite difficult to catch. You can try using items like Razz Berries to increase your chances of catching them. Luckily, you will receive another Daily Adventure Incense tomorrow and maybe you will encounter the legendary Galar Pokémon Galar Articuno, Galar Zapdos, and Galar Moltres during your exploration.
