The professor reports: Professor Willow has now developed and completed the Super Rocket Radar. With this, you should be able to locate not only the hideouts of Team GO Rocket but also the headquarters.
So far, however, there is only a prototype of the Super Rocket Radar. Professor Willow wants to refine it further and needs help from trainers. They should solve a Special Research and relay further information to Willow.
