In Pokémon GO the event “Search for Legends” is starting soon. This event introduces Shiny Nasgnet to the game for the first time, but other rare Shinies will also make an appearance.
When does the event run? It starts on March 9 at 10:00 AM. The event runs until March 14 at 8:00 PM local time. So you don’t even have a week to make the most of the event.
The event features numerous Rock-type Pokémon. But also monsters that are not usually encountered in the wild will appear.

These are the bonuses: We provide you here with an overview of all the bonuses for the event. Especially raids, eggs, and spawns will be affected:
- In the wild, the following Pokémon will appear: Diglett, Geodude, Magnemite, Nasgnet, Roggenrola, Swablu, Baltoy, and Rotomurf
- Shiny Nasgnet will appear in the game for the first time
- The incense attracts the following monsters: Alolan Diglett, Alolan Geodude, Magnemite, Nasgnet, Roggenrola, Stunfisk, Baltoy, and Rotomurf
- In 5km eggs, you’ll find these Pokémon: Magnemite, Nasgnet, Roggenrola, Swablu, Baltoy, and Rotomurf
- In raids, the following monsters will appear: Alolan Diglett, Nasgnet, Roggenrola, Rotomurf, Klink, Klikk, Alolan Graveler, Magneton, Panzaeron, and Metang
- There will be special quests and a limited-time research focused on Nasgnet
These Pokémon are interesting: The hunt for Shiny Nasgnet is exciting. So you should definitely keep an eye on this Pokémon.
Additionally, you’ll find Swablu, Roggenrola, and Rotomurf in the wild. These are all Pokémon that are otherwise quite rare in the wild. Roggenrola and Swablu can even be Shiny, while the evolution of Rotomurf belongs to the best Ground attackers in the game.
In raids, you’ll also encounter Klink. This is particularly exciting because its Shiny form was introduced through a regional event and has not been seen again since. Now you can try your luck in raids.
The compass of Nasgnet works through its nose. The nose is always oriented towards the north, so you can recognize the cardinal directions from it.
Is the event worth it? Definitely! The spawns are interesting and differ significantly from the spawns that usually appear in the wild. Plus, there’s a new Shiny that everyone should hunt.
What else is happening in the game? During the event, you will encounter the incarnation forms of Thundurus and Landorus in legendary raids.
