At the Pokémon GO Fest 2024, you can once again catch various regional Pokémon. Which ones there are and where to find them, you can find out from us.
What are regional Pokémon? In Pokémon GO, there are so-called regional Pokémon. As the name suggests, these are Pokémon that can only be found in certain regions of the world.
During the global GO Fests 2024, you can find some regional Pokémon that are otherwise not available in our latitudes. We have listed which ones they are and how you can obtain them.
GO Fest 2024: Regional Pokémon for all trainers
Which regional Pokémon are there in raids? During GO Fest 2024, you will be able to find almost all Ultra Beasts in Pokémon GO. They await you in level 5 raids, ready to be challenged, defeated, and caught. 4 of the Ultra Beasts are regional Pokémon:
- Kaguron* (Southern Hemisphere)
- Katagami* (Northern Hemisphere)
- Muramura (East of the Prime Meridian)
- Kopplosio (West of the Prime Meridian)
Kopplosio will be made locally available for the first time for Pokémon GO trainers from Germany.
Which regional Pokémon can be found in the wild? You can also encounter various regional Pokémon in the wild. They can be found in different habitats.
Habitat Twilight Meadow
:
- Furnifraß* (Eastern Hemisphere)
Habitat Radiant Day
:
- Sonnfel* (Europe, Asia, Australasia)
Habitat Creeping Twilight
:
- Fermicula* (Western Hemisphere)
- Volbeat* (Europe, Asia, Australasia)
- Illumise* (North America, South America, Africa)
Habitat Darkest Night
:
- Lunastein* (North America, South America, Africa)
GO Fest 2024: Regional Pokémon for ticket holders
Additionally, there are 2 regional Pokémon that are only available to ticket holders. You can encounter them when you activate incense (excluding adventure incense).
- Maracamba (Central America, South America, Caribbean)
- Corasson* (Near the Equator)
All Pokémon marked with an * can also appear in their shiny variants.
