Which Raids are involved? In addition to the possibility of finding Pokémon in the wild, you can also encounter Pokémon in Raids. Raids are divided into different difficulty levels. Once you have defeated a Pokémon in a Raid, you have the option to catch it afterward.

Raid Hours and Bosses in July 2024
When do the Raid hours take place? Every Wednesday, a so-called Raid hour takes place in Pokémon GO from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. During this time, there is a legendary Pokémon that is featured and can be found in a majority of gyms.
This is always a 5*-Raid. If you’re lucky, you might even encounter a shiny version (*).
In July 2024, the following Pokémon will be featured during the Raid hours. This time, you can look forward to even more Raid hours than usual, as the event Visit from the Ultradimension
causes even more Raid hours to take place.

Which Raids are particularly worth it? In July, in addition to some Pokémon that have already appeared in Raids in the past, the Ultra Beasts are particularly highlighted. They herald the big global GO Fest 2024, which takes place on July 13 and 14, 2024.
Also, Crypto-Entei and Boreos (Incarnate Form) are interesting Raids. Both Pokémon can also be found in the list of the strongest attackers in Pokémon GO.
