Which events are especially worth it in May 2022?
Themed Events:
- The Aerial Adventure event (from May 3 to May 8) is likely to be exciting for many trainers, as legendary Mega Pokémon can be battled and captured for the first time in the game.
- During the Water Festival (from May 12 to May 20), according to Niantic, a “flood of Water-type Pokémon” will appear. Which ones exactly are unclear – during the event period, you will also encounter Mega Blastoise.
- The “Alola to Alola”-event runs from May 25 to May 31. Niantic explains that during this event, “all the adventures that you trainers have experienced this year with Alolan Pokémon will be reviewed once more.”
Raids: The Pokémon Kapu Kime celebrates its debut in May and will be found in raids from May 10 to May 25. Unfortunately, it cannot yet be caught as Shiny, but it is certainly still an incentive for collectors.
