Highlights in July 2025: The highlight is likely the arrival of Solgaleo and Lunala in 5-star Raids. These Pokémon couldn’t be obtained through Raids until now but only with the help of Cosmog. Now you get a new option. Shiny variants will still not be available.

Spotlight Hours in July 2025 – Pokémon and Bonuses
The Spotlight Hour always highlights a specific Pokémon that you can catch everywhere. It always takes place at 6:00 PM and brings a bonus along with the Pokémon.

Dynamax in July 2025 – 5 Dynamax bosses appear
You will encounter the Dynamax bosses at Power Locations, where you can engage in Dyna Battles against them. Additionally, during their time, they will be the boss of Dyna Monday, where you can encounter them at all Power Locations between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
