Pokémon GO is currently all about “Teamwork”. We show you which advantages you should definitely make use of during this time.
How long does the “Teamwork” event last? The event started this Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at 10:00 and will be active until next Monday, November 27, 2023, at 20:00.
What bonuses does the event bring? We have already compiled a detailed overview of all active bonuses of the Teamwork event. These include increased spawn rates of some Pokémon, time-limited research, changed Pokémon in field research, and more.
We list here for you which bonuses of the current event you should particularly focus on.
1: Strong Pokémon for your raid teams
In the current raids, there are some Pokémon you can find to strengthen your raid teams, especially if they haven’t been optimized and perfected yet. Among them, the following should be especially mentioned. Pokémon with an * can also be encountered in their shiny form.
- Rhydon (Level 3): its final evolution, Rhyperior, is both a strong ground-type attacker and a rock-type attacker.
- Gardevoir* (Level 3): Gardevoir can especially shine as a fairy attacker and holds a high position in the ranking of the best attackers.
- Terrakion* (Level 5): Terrakion is at the top of the food chain when it comes to fighting-type attackers.
Furthermore, the amount of experience points you earn for successfully completed raids is doubled during the event! Since you cause additional damage with the team power within your team anyway, you can complete one or the other raid in no time at all.

2: Trade more Pokémon, earn more candies!
During the event, you have the option to conduct five special trades per day instead of the usual one. And that’s not all! For players who are at least level 31, there is a guaranteed XL candy for each trade.
In addition to this great bonus, you receive, regardless of your level, two extra candies for each traded Pokémon. This can provide you with a perfect opportunity to replenish your scarce candy supplies.
3: Many Shinies – and an event Pokémon
Many of the Pokémon that are currently more commonly found can also be encountered in their shiny form. For the collectors among you, this is the perfect opportunity to gather one or the other shiny Pokémon.
Additionally, by completing the time-limited research and field research, there is a special Wurmple – the Wurmple with party hat! The following Pokémon from the Teamwork event can be found in their shiny form:
In the wild:
- Mollimorba
- Monozu
- Fungi
- Ferkuli
In raids:
- all Pokémon in level 1 raids are available in their shiny form: Hisui-Fukano, Nasgnet, Lithomith, Klikk, Ferkuli.
- Level 3: Gardevoir and Adebom.
- Level 5: Terrakion.
- Mega-raids: Mega-Kangaskhan.
In field research:
- Trade a Pokémon: Mollimorba and Monozu.
- Win a raid: Wurmple with party hat.
- Use ten power-ups: Hisui-Fukano, Wurmple with party hat, Nasgnet.
Are you using the upcoming weekend to fully enjoy the event bonuses with your team? Or are you rather into the PvP area? Then you probably already know why “bad values” might be better for you than 4*.
