This weekend, there are three such events waiting for you in Pokémon GO. We have gathered what they are and what to expect.
1. Weather Week with Strong Stardust Bonus
What kind of event is this? The Weather Week starts on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 10:00 AM and ends on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 8:00 PM.
The probably most important content of this event is the Stardust bonus. During the event, you will receive double the amount of Stardust for every Pokémon you catch. Additionally, there is an extra Stardust bonus for Pokémon that you catch with weather boost. These Pokémon could be found more often, as Pokémon in the event will orient themselves more strongly to the weather than usual.

2. Community Day with Flamiau
What kind of event is this? On Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, there will be the next Community Day in Pokémon GO. This time, Flamiau, the fire Pokémon from the 7th generation, will be the focus.
As usual, there will be many bonuses and a very high spawn rate of Flamiau during the event. The chance to get a shiny specimen is also very high as usual.
What is very interesting is that during the Community Day, the bonus that gives you double Stardust when catching Pokémon will also be active again. Since the Weather Week event is also active at this time, you can earn four times the amount of Stardust when regularly catching Pokémon.

Proto-Kyogre is not only the strongest water-type attacker in the game, but also a good Pokémon for the Master League. During the event, the shiny chance for this Pokémon and the number of free raid passes you receive at gyms is also increased.
