We have looked at which of the previously known Pokémon of the new season are particularly interesting and summarized them for you.
Legendary Crypto and Proto Pokémon
Crypto-Mewtwo: Crypto-Mewtwo will finally return in the new season. It will be found in 5*-Crypto-Raids on March 30 and March 31.
Crypto-Mewtwo is the strongest Psychic type attacker. It can score in both raids and the battle league, playing an important role in both areas. You can also catch Crypto-Mewtwo as Shiny.
Proto-Kyogre and Proto-Groudon: You can also encounter Kyogre and Groudon in their Proto-forms in the new season. On March 17, there will be a raid day with Proto-Kyogre, and on March 23, the raid day with Proto-Groudon awaits you. On those days, you will have time from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM to battle the two Pokémon in raids and collect Proto-Energy.
Both Pokémon are absolute monsters when used in raids. Proto-Kyogre dominates the list of the strongest Water attackers, and Proto-Groudon is the best Ground attacker you can have.
Legendary Crypto Dogs: On weekends, you can challenge the 3 legendary dog Pokémon Entei, Suicune, and Raikou in their Crypto variants. They await being defeated and caught by you in 5*-Crypto-Raids.
Especially with Crypto-Entei and Crypto-Raikou, you will get two very strong attackers for your raid teams. The 3 legendary Crypto dogs are also available for the first time in their Shiny variants in the game.
Ultra Beast and Other Legendary Pokémon
Venicro: Venicro is an Ultra Beast that you can get in the new season. To do this, you just need to successfully complete the corresponding step in the special research “World of Wonders.” If you want to learn more about this Ultra Beast, check out what makes Venicro special.
