In Eagle Flight from Ubisoft Montreal, you fly freely like an eagle over the rooftops of a futuristic Paris. Well, not just “like an eagle,” because you are an eagle!
In the world of Eagle Flight, there have been no humans for over 50 years, nature has reclaimed the cities, painting a breathtaking scenario in which you can move freely as an eagle. However, if another eagle flies by, you must defend your territory in exciting aerial battles.
The controls are said to be both innovative and intuitive, allowing you to quickly navigate the air and soon perform impressive aerial maneuvers. Furthermore, Ubisoft aims to provide a specially developed technology that should protect you from “motion sickness” during risky stunts – or at least reduce it.
There will be exhilarating multiplayer aerial battles with up to 6 players, where you look out for enemies from high above (maybe from the Eiffel Tower?) and either dive down on them or flee in tight alleys. Here, precision and speed are required. It looks like impressive chases where the multiplayer aspect plays a significant role.
In single-player missions, you will complete courses and “shooting challenges,” whatever they may look like with eagles. More exact information is yet to come.
