However, Tekken 7 will not be just any fight game: it will support PlayStation VR. What the VR experience in Tekken will look like remains to be seen. However, you must abandon the idea of switching to first-person perspective in VR and battling in that mode. Bandai Namco is quite clear about that.
But what VR experience does Tekken 7 offer then? According to game designer Michael Murray, no specific details can be provided yet, but in Tekken, it’s all about the characters. VR will allow players to enjoy the “cool characters” and the many customization options better.
