According to GameBlog, all signs have so far indicated that Sony’s upcoming console would be unveiled at the Tokyo Game Show. However, according to their sources, an announcement will now take place on Wednesday, September 7, in New York.
The Tokyo Game Show begins on September 15 and was previously the hottest candidate to provide an appropriate setting for a “PS4 Neo” presentation. However, GameBlog emphasizes that the original PS4 was revealed in New York in 2013. Additionally, there is a rumor that the Nintendo NX will be unveiled on September 12 – also before the TGS – and that Sony is avoiding the risk of this console stealing their show.
