In ARC Raiders, you can wear different outfits to change your individual look. A player believes that already from the choice of clothing you can read how a player behaves in-game. His ranking is a humorous excursion into the fashion world of the shooter.
The first impression can determine how we think about and perceive others, and how we behave ourselves. This applies as much in reality as in video games, especially when we can customize our appearance in them.
In the case of ARC Raiders, players have access to a variety of outfits. However, not all are recommended – at least that’s what the user abeetabee states in a tier list on Reddit, clarifying what outfits say about you. Allegedly, it can already be determined in advance who will prove to be a loyal ally on the battlefield, and who will cold-bloodedly shoot you in the back.
The Choice of the Right Clothing
What does the ranking look like? Again: This is not about the tactical aspect, so how well an outfit is visible in the world. Instead, the user divides his tier list into various categories, the first of which is called “Frightening Presence, Chases You, Pop Music from the Microphone”.
Only a single outfit has made it into this category, namely the Leviathan set, which resembles a diver.
In the category “Stops what he is currently doing to shoot you, and behaves like an idiot”, outfits like Ryder, Macrame, Misthorn, and Ombra land. Perhaps a behavior that occurs particularly on certain servers.
So it continues through the tiers, getting better each time. The three outfits that the user values most for making the wearer look the best are Driftcoat, Radio Renegade, and Riot. They fall into the category “Stops what he is currently doing to help you, and is super nice while doing it”.

To what extent the assessments of the Reddit user really correspond to the truth cannot be definitively clarified. Understandably, this should be taken with humor. Even under the worst-ranked outfit, a good, trustworthy player might be hiding.
How does the community react to the ranking? In the comments on Reddit, many players support the list. Particularly those who fall into the best category pat themselves on the back. Some users feel betrayed by their favorite outfit, but as usual, such lists are indeed subjective.
Others miss one or the other outfit that is not mentioned in the ranking. To this, the post creator says that he only included those outfits in the list that he has already encountered in the game and can make specific statements about.
