Just before the console launch, Microsoft is heavily promoting it. And it’s already been very successful, as the new fridge videos went viral.
Last weekend, rapper Snoop Dogg and YouTuber iJustine shared new videos. Both received mail from Microsoft and the package was just huge.
Because inside was a full-size fridge. The design: large, black, square. Looks like a giant Series X. Inside, the fridge is illuminated in Xbox green. A dream for the biggest Xbox fans.
This is the meme behind it: When the Xbox Series X was presented with its design, fans quickly compared it to a fridge. This led to a meme that players and buyers referred to.
Snoop Dogg’s Xbox Fridge – Filled with Cake and Drinks
This is what Snoop Dogg showed: On Instagram, the rapper shared his new fridge including its contents. Inside, there is a large Xbox cake with the words “Happy Birthday to the Xbox OG”. In the side compartments, there are some bottles of Indoggo. This is Snoop Dogg’s gin brand.
In addition to the cake, you can also find the real console, the Xbox Series X. Is the fact that the console is stored in the fridge a reference to the supposed overheating issues of the Series X? Testers were able to quickly dispel these alleged problems. One tester checked with a thermometer exactly how warm the Xbox Series X gets.
Don’t worry. You really don’t need to store the console in a fridge.
iJustine Shows Unboxing of the Giant Xbox Fridge
This is what iJustine showed: While Snoop Dogg already showed the unpacked, assembled, and filled fridge, tech YouTuber and influencer iJustine shows the full experience of the fridge. From the delivery of the giant “package” that is transported by forklift, to unpacking it with large knives, to assembly. The Xbox Series X fridge even plays an Xbox sound when the door is opened.

How many fridges are there? As iJustine explains in the YouTube video, three of these Xbox fridges were built. She has one, another one belongs to Snoop Dogg. And the third fridge is to be won. To do this, you should keep an eye on the Twitter account of Xbox. If the giveaway starts, you will probably be informed there. How exactly it works and what you have to do for a chance to win is currently still unknown.
