As in every new season in Fortnite, Season 4 also started with cool new content that is supposed to entertain players for a long time. However, many fans are bothered by one important thing in the BR shooter, which is the new Battle Pass. We will show you what players dislike about it and what they don’t.
What are the players criticizing? In Season 4 Chapter 3, not only a revised map with many new POIs came, but also new weapons and a brand new Battle Pass. While the 4th season was well received by players, the fun for them ended after the first look at the Battle Pass.

Cool season, but the Battle Pass does not convince
What exactly bothers the players? There are basically many things in the pass that make it bad. The Reddit user YourSenpai169 has summarized the worst aspects in his post:
- Paradigm
- A relevant character from the story is turned into a crossover
- Bytes and Twyn
- Belong to the poorly rated skins in Epic Games surveys
- Spider-Gwen
- At level 100, there is again a Marvel crossover
- Bytes harvesting tool
- Can only be used by the unpopular Byte
- Grriz
- An unrelated skin that has nothing to do with the current season theme
What do the players say? Basically, players dislike the crossovers, as well as Bytes and Twyn. Especially regarding Byte, many players are upset. He has a cool pickaxe, but it is only bound to him. This annoys the players:
- “Wait, seriously? The chrome pickaxe is bound to this one skin??? This chrome pickaxe/emote would have been one of the coolest pickaxes with a summoning animation, but if that’s true, it’s really annoying.” – says jutheg00g

But there are not only bad opinions about the Battle Pass. Some fans even find their favorites in Season 4 and state it out loud.
Which skins are still celebrated? Despite the discontent, some skins are still popular. Among them, the Marvel skin “Gwen” and the creepy bear “Grizz”. Players say that Gwen was very well adapted by Epic Games from her movie and looks very detailed. Players celebrate this and say:
