Almost a year after the release of Genshin Impact, the first players have managed to reach the highest Adventure Rank. Countless hours of grinding were necessary for this. But was it worth it? The reward is certainly very… modest.
What is the Adventure Rank? The Adventure Rank or level is a mechanic in Genshin Impact that is primarily determined by your progress in the game.
This level is globally valid for your entire account and differs from the individual character levels. Accordingly, you receive separate EXP for that.
The highest rank currently is level 60, and it has taken almost a year for the first players to reach this rank. While the first 55 levels are relatively easy to achieve, the last 5 ranks require a lot of grinding to complete.

What was the reward? For reaching the highest rank, the player received a few Wishes, Primogems, and upgrade material for weapons and characters.
So anyone expecting a special reward for reaching rank 60 may be disappointed. A lot of work is actually required for that.
How long does it take to reach level 60? It is very difficult to provide an exact number. According to gamesradar, it wouldn’t even be enough to complete all daily commissions, events, and quests. That would only get you to rank 58.
The first person to achieve this took almost a year since release to reach this success. This already indicates how high the effort is for it.
What happens after level 60? Aside from the reward, almost nothing changes. Your EXP will now be converted into Mora. Rewards from daily tasks will also bring nearly double the amount of Mora.
Was it worth it? That is something everyone has to decide for themselves. Most players would probably expect a better reward for numerous hours of grinding. For others, however, only the achievement counts.
What does the Adventure Rank actually bring? Especially at the beginning, the Adventure Rank unlocks many mechanics in Genshin Impact.
