Looking at the history of glitches in Destiny, it becomes clear that Bungie is indeed not taking a hard stance against it and is significantly withholding penalties.
In PvE, many players consider the so-called safe spots or raid glitches to be part of Destiny, and resourceful players search the entire game for ways to “cheese.” It is different in PvP. The current TWaB also reveals that thousands of cheaters are once again being “removed from the PvP ecosystem.”
